Skeeter was adopted in the fall of 2006. Rescue was not only
able to provide him with the new life he deserved, but also
saved his eye as it was badly injured.
Skeeter now lives a good life, with a pug brother and a pug
sister. He has come so far since being adopted, and truly is
not the same scared skinny little guy he was when we first got
him. Instead of hiding in his crate, he now sleeps on the bed
with us and let's us cuddle him. He loves to lay outside in the
sun, and is very friendly with all the neighbors. His favorite
thing to do (besides eat) is to go on a walk around the
neighborhood.
Every day I am so grateful Skeeter was rescued and we have
been the special family that was allowed to give him the life he
deserves to live. He has taught me so much about love.
