Mumbles continues to do well in her foster home. She loves to play with her foster siblings and is getting used to meeting new people. Through a few recent interactions, we have found that she is still frightened of small children. The perfect home for her may need to be kid-free, or include older teens. With the exception of meeting children, her fear piddling is next to never.

Mumbles is a young shih tzu mix. She is a bit shy and timid, but is learning to trust people again.
She has been in an awesome foster home with a foster mom that has been very patient with her and boosting her confidence. She has made remarkable progress with coming out of her shell.
She is prone to submissive urination but as her confidence grows the urination happens only rarely now. Mumbles is being trained to potty on a piddle pad. She will need a family ready to be patient with her potty habits and willing to work on potty training.
Her personality is amazing! She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves people once she meets them.
